
Claire Easterling Pontier joined Couhig Partners in 2008. She earned her J.D. with certificates in Civil Law and International Law from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2008, where she was a board member and treasurer of the Saint Thomas More Society, and was actively involved in Loyola's first Mediation Clinic. She also externed for Judge Dee Drell of the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana during law school. Ms. Pontier earned her B.S. in Psychology from Louisiana State University in 2005.
Ms. Pontier is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State and Federal Courts, and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the New Orleans Bar Association
