Jonathan P. Lemann

Jonathan P. Lemann is a life long New Orleanian who received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University, Cum Laude, in 1996. He received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School Cum Laude and was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 1999. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2006. Mr. Lemann is a general litigator with a focus on commercial disputes.
Memberships / Affiliations
At law school, Mr. Lemann was a member of the Law Review and saw his comment, "Big Brother and Gambling Company: The Federal Regulation of Louisiana's Gaming Industry Under the Mail Fraud Statute" published in the Winter edition of 1999.
Mr. Lemann has practiced extensively in the commercial litigation area. He has experience representing parties in cases involving directors' and officers' liability, fiduciary duty, insurance coverage issues, intellectual property, business torts, shareholder disputes, construction claims, corporate and partnership law, creditor's rights, and professional malpractice.
Mr. Lemann is experienced in trying cases in both federal and state court.
