
Anne received her legal education from Loyola Law School in 1982, and is admitted to all Louisiana state Courts, and is a member of the Federal Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the United States Fifth Circuit and is admitted to United States Supreme Court.
Her career began as an Assistant District Attorney in New Orleans, where she handled hundreds of serious felony and misdemeanor trials. After leaving the District Attorney's office, she served as Disciplinary Counsel for the Louisiana State Bar Association in matters of professional misconduct.
Anne was selected as the first Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, to establish casino gaming in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Under her stewardship Pennsylvania has become one the largest gaming destinations in the United States.
Prior to serving as the Executive Director of the PGCB, she served as the Director of the Gaming Division for the Louisiana Attorney General's office where she represented the State's interest in the reorganization of several gaming entities.
Anne joined Couhig Partners, LLC in 2010 and brought with her a wealth of experience in representing clients in the area of debt relief for individuals and businesses, construction litigation, gaming regulation, and business law, and movie tax credits.
Currently Anne heads up the debt relief section of Couhig Parnters, LLC, counseling clients in personal and business debt relief matters, and assisting them in navigating the challenging financial times of our economy.
