Daniel E. Zelenka, II received a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University in 1982 and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law in 1986. While at Loyola School of Law, he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Security Rights, served as a member of the Loyola Law Review, and authored "Civil RICO: A Primer," 31 Loyola L. Rev. 989 (1986). After graduating, he served as Judicial Clerk to Chief Justice John A. Dixon, Jr. of the Louisiana State Supreme Court from 1986 to 1987.

Mr. Zelenka's practice areas include corporate mergers and acquisitions, contracts, commercial litigation, construction litigation and appellate practice. Mr. Zelenka is peer review rated AV in the Martindale Hubble Directory of Lawyers and is admitted to practice before all Louisiana State and Federal Courts, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
