Prior to joining Couhig Partners, LLC, Blaine worked for the Jefferson Parish District Attorney’s office as an Assistant District Attorney. Blaine practiced in matters related to Department of Children and Family Services, Juvenile Delinquency, Family Violence and was a part of violent crime prosecution with the Felony Trials Unit, including homicides, armed robberies, and child sex abuse cases.
Blaine graduated from the University of New Orleans in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Loyola University New Orleans, School of Law in 2008 with a Juris Doctorate. In 2020, Blaine became a Graduate Fellow for the Loyola University Institute of Politics. Blaine and her husband live in Metairie with their four children and two dogs. They are actively involved in their church and children’s school, serving on various boards and committees. Blaine also volunteers for Girl Scouts Louisiana East, where she serves as a Service Unit Administrator in Jefferson Parish. |
