Rob is a business lawyer and litigator with extensive experience representing small and start-up companies. With over 15 years of experience, he has built a reputation as a knowledgeable and practical counselor to his clients.
His litigation experience includes commercial disputes, employment contracts, landlord and tenant disputes, land and real estate issues, property damage claims, products liability claims, and general tort claims. He also acts as local counsel for several global law firms when issues arise in Louisiana. Over the last decade and a half, Rob and his partners have created and invested in several start-up companies in the real estate, logistics, energy and medical fields. He is a graduate of Georgetown University’s Edmund Walsh School of Foreign Service and after working on several political campaigns in both Louisiana and around the country he attended LSU's Paul M. Hebert Law Center where he received his Juris Doctorate / Bachelor of Civil Law in 2005. Rob is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State Courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. |
