Kallen Forster joined Couhig Partners in early 2024. She earned her J.D. from Loyola University College of Law in 2023. During law school, Kallen contributed under collaborative effort for the publication of “Primer on Tutorship” under Monica Hof Wallace, the Dean Marcel Garsaud, Jr. Distinguished Professor with application towards Civil Code revision of Title VIII related to tutorship. Kallen also completed a judicial clerkship with Judge Desiree Cook-Calvin and aided in the Supreme Court application for Family Preservation Court. Additionally, Kallen has over 10 years of experience working for plaintiffs’ firms with a focus in premises liability and personal injury prior to and while completing her law degree.
Kallen received her Master of Science in Apparel Design from Louisiana State University and founded a non-profit focused on training, empowering, and employing underserved women in the New Orleans community providing a foundation for success in the fashion and design industry. Kallen completed her undergraduate studies at Georgia State University on an athletic scholarship for soccer and played professionally after her collegiate career. She now enjoys watching her kids growing up on the soccer fields, and in her free time if she’s not at one of their games, you might find her on the tennis courts. |
